In order to grant access to Penetrace, you must be an administrator and your colleague/employee must have a Penetrace user account: https://knowledge.penetrace.com/create-an- account
When you log into Penetrace you simply click on settings icon in the lower left corner.
A menu on the left side will appear. Click on the desired account ability
Member = View Access + read
Editor = Create and Edit Access
Administrator = Admin Access
3. Click "Add user" and search for user by username
PS! Sometimes a person have created more than one account/username. Ask your employee/colleague what his/hers username is before granting access
